Simulación de Estructuras no-Lineales Usando MATLAB

Abstract


This work present the non-linear beam theory propost for Simo [11.The algorithms used was programed in MATLAB software and the examples presented are obtenied in PC Pentium of 100 MHz. We used the implicit integration algorithms of the moviment equation, asociated at the iterative scheme of Newton-Raphson. In the spatial discretization, we used linear and quadratic finite element aproximation. We considered internal damping and non-conservative loading in the formulation. The results are analogous to obtain with other computational programs.
