Aplicación del Método de Escalas Múltiples (E.M.) a la Solución de las Ecuaciones no Lineales de una Membrana por Elementos Finitos (E.F.)

Abstract


The solution for stationary and transitory states of a membrane by finite elements with cubic nonlinearities is presented. The method of multiple scales of the first order in the cases of amplitude modulated periodic excitation of low and high frequencies and impulsive excitation is applied.
The existence of resonant combinations, showmg the dependence of the nonlinear response is considered subsequently. The presence of internal resonances and their repercussion in the nonlinear answer is studied finally.
