Un Modelo para la Determinación de Espectros Promedio de Respuesta en Estructuras Lineales

Abstract

In the present work a method for the evaluation of average response spectrum of linear structures is presented. This method assumes that earthquake ground motions can be
represented by an evolutive model made up by Gaussian non stationary random processes, similar to the time series type. The maximum response of the structure (average response spectrum) is determined from the probabilistic structure of the
response, for this purpose a temporal occurrence of maximum is used and evaluated numerically.
