Diseño Automático de Uniones en Madera Estructural con Elementos Mecánicos de Unión

Abstract

A computational program to facilitate the design of wood junctions by.means of mechanical elements according to Nch 1198 Of 91 is developed. The program allows the design of direct extraction junctions (done with nails, screws, and wood screws) and lateral extraction junctions (done with nails, screws, wood screws, bolts, steel bars and round ring connectors). The program includes verification routines of combined solicitations and verification of tensions in the wood parts.
