Algoritmo Numérico para Modelar el Daño Acoplado a Grandes Deformaciones Plásticas
Abstract
We present a continuum damage model based on a local isotropic damage variable (1]. Damage is coupled to the plastic deformation. The problem is placed into tbe large elasto-plastic deformation context.
Emphasis is given to the kinematic and constitutive model, and to the finite element we have choosen for the spatial discretization (QIE4 |2|).
With this model we analyze the instability problem associated to a stretched band in plane deformation.
We also present a problem of non-homogeneous deformations where the localization effects are observed.
