Modelaje y Análisis Dinámico de Soportes de Equipos Rotativos

Abstract


The present work describes an application of the finite element method to attain the dynamic model for the specific support structure of a rotating machine. A modal analysis was performed to obtain the corresponding eigenfrecuencies and associated eigenvectors of the support structure model, which were then compared
with the corresponding experimental measurements. Modal reduction technics were applied to the support model in order to incorporate it to the rotor-bearing
model using the sub structuring method. The resulting global model (rotor-bearingsupport) was analized by calculating the corresponding eigenvalues and eigenvectors.
