Análisis de Problemas de Contacto Utilizando Generación Interactiva de Mallas

Abstract

In this work an interactive mesh refinement algorithm is applicated to the solution of stress concentration problems. In particular, it's applicated to the problem of contact without friction between elastic bodies. The solution of this problem is based on a formulation of
penalty, Which consists in minimizing a funtiqnal of contact, which is made with the total potential energy of the system and a fictitious energy taking into account the conditions of contact.
