The Two-Phase Flow Around a Ship

The purpose of this paper is to report the progress made in the modeling of the bubbly two-phase flow around a surface ship. Three types of two-fluid models are discussed: single size model, variable size monodisperse and polydisperse. The numerical approach used to solve these models is presented and briefly discussed, remarking the weak points. Some results for two different cases are presented.
