Comparación de Métodos Numéricos para Juegos
Abstract
In this work we are interested in the comparison between the
different existing methods to solve. numerically. pursuit-evasion games. Until now several methods to deal with this problem have been studied. and it is surprising to realize the difference that exist between the mathematical tools used as well as between the interpretations of the problem (qualitative and quantitative). The objetive of this work is to answer. at least partially, to questions such as:
1) How are the different methods related?
2) Why are some hypothesis needed in one method and not in another?
The idea underlying the study is that the understanding of the relation betweenthe differentsmethod could help to developa procedure having the advantage of each of them.
