Comportamientos de Sólidos Celulares Sometidos a Presión Uniaxial

Abstract

The behavior of cellular structures are studied in order to obtain the values of the macroscopic parameters for an equivalent solid. These parameters are obtained from the response calculated for each geometry, and a comparison
is drawn among them. The optimum honeycomb size is then selected from the aforementioned comparison so as to obtain an adequate macro-mechanical characterization from the one-dimensional compression tests.
