Aplicación de un Modelo Computacional para la Simulación del Proceso Mecánico de Mandrilado de Tubos de Intercambiadores de Calor
Abstract
In the present work we are presenting the most important results of the stresses and displacement ocurred in the tube-tubesheet joint of the heat exchanger under mechanical process.
An elasto-plastic finite element calculation was carried out in order to determinate the exact deformations of the tube-tubesheetjoint. The most important conclusions are presented and compared with the obtained by empirical procedures.
