Generador Automático de Mallas de Hexaedros. Presentación del Método y Avances en la Implementación

Abstract

A mesh generator is presented in which, given an exterior all quadrilateral mesh, an interior hexahedral mesh is automatically obtained.
The method is based upon the satisfaction of topological constraints from exterior mesh plus certain imposed conditions in order to realise the process automation.
Some original aspects from the quadrilateral hexahedral mesh topology, that serve as a basis for the generation process, are also presented.
