Ajuste de la Curva de Relajación de Birrefringencia Eléctrica en ADN
Abstract
Studying electric birrefringence of DNA put in electric fields,
curves of relaxation have been obtained. A theoretical model supposes that the curve is the sum of exponential decays time.
Nonlinear least square method has been implemented. We began with a first adjustment through the successive alignment method, obtaining fast approximate values of the parameters of the curve.
Then, starting from the Newton method, we improved the least squares error, reducing it with respect to that one due to initial values.
